The Lincoln Memorial

The Lincoln Memorial was built in 1922. The style of it is Greek. It is on the Mall in Washington D.C. Henre Becan built and designed the Lincoln Memorial. It is designed like the temple of Zeus. People visit it 3.6 million times a year. Abraham Lincoln is on the front of the five dollar bill and on the back of the bill is the Lincoln Memorial. When our class got to the Lincoln Memorial it was really crowded and it seemed much bigger then I thought.

I really enjoyed going to the Lincoln Memorial, but I definitely would have enjoyed it more without the crowds.  It would have been a better experience without all the noise and distraction.
